White Fluffy Ruffle & Lace flare bellydance pants, featuring wide flared bottoms of layered ruffles, with the ruffles going up in a faux-garter design on the front thigh. The pants are double-layered white spandex for opacity. I also added vertical stripes of stretch lace for extra detail. Pair shown will fit a size Small (34-38" hip) and have a 31" inseam.
